Consistent low temperature within the entire equipment rack ensures proper cooling of servers.

The results of thermal dispersion testing of how well Silver Linings Rafts cool servers (conducted at IEA’s state-of-the-art Calorimeter Laboratory) indicated only a very slight difference in interior temperatures across the entire face of the equipment rack. In no case did temperatures in any area rise above maximum allowable levels. Variances in the test results of IT equipment cooling are attributed to the individual response characteristics of the different types of equipment housed in the rack.
